This Food Could Help You Sleep Better
If getting more sleep is number one on your list of New Years Resolutions then eating fish could be the answer.
According to a recent study published in Scientific Reports
"more frequent fish consumption is associated with fewer sleep disturbances and higher IQ."
Sleep function and cognition were studied among school children in China. The increase in eating fish with omega 3 improved the quality of sleep as well meaning no more waking up in the middle of the night. Even just one serving of fish a week could help improve sleep.
