PICS: Provo Is About To Get A Seriously Luxe New Hilltop Development
Prices range from $600,000 to $1.4m
Providenciales is definitely not short of luxury developments and a new one is about to join the ranks.
Rock House is a brand new project that is being built in the limestone cliffs on Provo's northern shore and it looks pretty impressive.
It will include 41 studio suites, one and two bedroom cottages and, in its second phase, four and five bedroom family estates.
Developer Mark Durliat is behind the project and "hopes to evalate island living in Turks & Caicos", with prices starting from $600,000 and going up to $1.4m.
So, what can you expect for that kinda cash? Here's a sneak peek...
Pretty impressive, eh?
The properties will include personal plunge pools, private outdoor terraces, bathrooms with outdoor private shower gardens, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors to maximize the views of the island’s turquoise waters.
Rock House’s signature restaurant will also be set on a hilltop and there will be a spa, fitness center, tennis courts and winding jogging trails on site.
It is due to open in 2020 and approx. 25% of the houses have already been reserved.
We don't know about you but an "outdoor private shower garden" is definitely what our life has been missing...
