Sure, you might have been to Sandbar in Grace Bay for a few and danced into the early morning, but have you ever partied on you OWN SANDBAR? Probably not.

The waters surrounding the Turks & Caicos are notoriously shallow in some parts, which at low tide reveal beautiful (but often dangerous) sandbars which leave you free to frolic on with you friends.

Boats can sometimes run aground, and gotten themselves stuck on these shifting sands so before heading out in search of one, best to make sure your boat captain knows a thing or two about the TCI waters.

Since the storms sands have shifted to create some spectacular spots where you can keep you drink dry while having your feet in the water. Be mindful that tides change, so be sure to head the advice of your captain and don't get stranded out there.
