Bottoms up!

Cocktail 1042330 1280

Is there anything better than starting the night with a few tasty cocktails?

We think not.

The folks of the TCI are spoilt for choice when it comes to options for beautiful beverages, from a classic rum punch at Da Conch Shack to the Bloody Caesar at the Bay Bistro (which has saved us from many a hungover Sunday morning).

Thankfully though, you don't even have to leave the house to get the party started as these simple cocktail recipes are the perfect way to ease yourself into Saturday night...

The High Tide

Pay homage to those beautiful clear waters with this light rum-based cocktail with a hit of a pineapple for a truly tropical taste.

The Seabreeze

This one is a classic for a reason and it's so easy to make that anyone can do it. Stock up the fridge with some vodka and juice and ready to get shakin'.

Caribbean Rum Punch

If you're going to learn to make one cocktail, it's got to be rum punch and the team at The Venetian have a great recipe on their website.

The Beachcomber

This concoction is quite similar to a daiquiri but you can make your own variation depending on your favourite flavours. Banana, maraschino - the choice is yours!

Coconut Margherita

This recipe fuses together two of our favourite cocktails - a creamy Pina Colada and a tart Margharita. It shouldn't work but for some reason, it really does.
