Are You Ready To "Race For The Conch" on Grace Bay?

The annual Turks & Caicos "Race for the Conch" Eco-SeaSwim Race on Grace Bay is coming up on Saturday July 7th and if you are fortunate enough to be on island it's one not to miss.

You'll have the chance to take home the coveted conch trophy in one of 3 races which start at 1/2 mile, then 1 mile and finally, for the athletes among you, the 2.4 mile swim. There's even a kids 100m swim for those 10 or younger, so the whole family can take part.

If you are up for an extra challenge, the 2.4 mile and 1 mile swim events may be done back-to-back! Here's what you need to know on race day if you're considering making the swim or just want to come down and watch.
