Conor McGregor And Friends Troll Floyd Mayweather Online
“I am the cartel...."
If you're up to date with the latest news, you best not rely on Floyd Mayweather to provide you with information.
The boxer who defeated Conor McGregor in the ring last August went online last night to troll the Irishman for supposedly getting into beef with some Dublin criminals.
He posted a headline from a newspaper article which states 'Conor McGregor allegedly punched a member of the Irish cartel' along with his own words 'I already fucked you up in 2017 now they about to fuck you up in 2018. You’re about to start your new year off with a bang.'

All well and good except nobody told Floyd before tweeting that the story in question is so 2017 and he was a few months too late catching up with the news.
If the alleged row between McGregor and the Kinahan family actually did take place it certainly seems to be resolved by now. According to the Independent, Daniel Kinahan responded to Mayweather's tweet, posting 'Now now @floydmayweather should not believe all you read in the paper, must be looking for a rematch against @TheNotoriousMMA.'
Of course, it doesn't take much for McGregor to get his word in and he replied with 'I am the cartel.'
To wrap up a frankly bizarre online exchange, Irish rugby stars Simon Zebo, Cian Healy and Conor Murray got involved and went off on a wild emoji-fuelled tangent like a gaggle of giggling schoolboys.
No doubt we haven't seen the last of this ongoing beef.
