Now there's no reason for alarm (just yet), but one of those storms we've been keeping an eye on out in the Atlantic has just turned into a Tropical Storm and been named Beryl.

It's currently moving West at 16 mph which should bring it into the Lesser Antilles early next week, but thankfully it's only projected to have winds around 40 mph.

There will be rain of course, which we here in TCI could do with a bit of as it's been so hot and dry as of late, but for now let's just be thankful it's not too much to worry about.

And on a lighter note, Beryl who is one of Provo's long time residents is a lovely chap and if you see him around make sure you say hi :)
